As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and social media. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
– Designing graphic identity (logo, branding materials, online presence, social media, print)
– Developing the visual communication of the Flying Bisons brand in different channels
– Ensuring the visual integrity of the brand
– Creating a visual style that combines the latest trends with the unique character of the brand
– Developing simple animations to use on social media
– Creating visuals for case studies
– Working closely with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts
– Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
Your Profile & Skills Required:
– Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
– Proficiency with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
– Experience in brand identity design would be an additional asset
– Excellent sense of aesthetics and the prevailing trends
– Extreme attention to details
– Good communication in English (B2+ level) or Polish
– Good communication and presentation skills
– Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out
– Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects
